Dental HMO

Our DHMO plans are one-of-a-kind. They offer an open access network with no assignments needed and 82,000+ providers nationwide. Benefits include free cleanings, no charge for exams or preventive care, and discounts on over 500 dental services (including implants, cosmetics and teledentistry).

Dental PPO

Enjoy affordable deductibles and premiums, along with free cleanings and up to 50% savings on basic and major restorative services. You also get access to a nationwide network of 370,000 providers.

Dental savings plan

This is an affordable alternative to traditional dental insurance. You will have access to a large network of dentists who agree to provide their services at a discounted fee. There are no annual limits and no claim forms. The discounts can be used along with dental insurance for even more savings.

ACA marketplace plans

We offer coverage to individuals and families on the public marketplace, with big benefits at an affordable cost. Get access to free routine cleanings, no provider assignments and pediatric dentistry up to age 19. You can enroll anytime between November 1^st and January 15^th.

HMO

Premiums typically are the least expensive of all the dental insurance plans.
You are only eligible for coverage if you visit an in-network provider for covered services.
You pay no deductibles.

PPO

The premiums tend to be more expensive than a DHMO plan.
You receive coverage whether you visit an in-network or out-of-network dentist.
You do pay an annual deductible.
